For requests for disclosure of personal information and notification of the purpose of use by the Company, a fee of one thousand (1,000) yen (including tax) will be charged per request.
Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Information provided until after the completion of such purchase or promotion).
Retention Period

If you maintain a password-protected account with us, we may verify your identity through our existing authentication practices for your account and require you to re-authenticate yourself before disclosing or deleting your Personal Information. You may make a request on behalf of a child who is under 13 years old if you are the child’s parent or legal guardian. If you are applying as an authorized agent on behalf of a California resident, you may use the submission method described above. As part of our verification process, we may require you to submit certification regarding your status as an authorized agent, if applicable, which may include a Power of Attorney from a California resident pursuant to Probate Code Sections 4121 through 4130.
- Proof of registration with the California Secretary of State to do business in California; and/or
- Power of Attorney from a California resident pursuant to Probate Code Sections 4121 through 4130; and/or
If you are making an inquiry request or deletion request on behalf of a California resident and have not provided us with a Power of Attorney from the resident pursuant to Probate Code Sections 4121 through 4130, we may also require the resident to:
- directly verify their identity with us; and
- directly confirm whether the resident has permitted to submit a "Request to Know" or “Request to Delete."
Anonymized Information
If we retain or use anonymized information, we will continue to retain and use the same only in an anonymized manner and will not re-identify the information.
